New (DHH) Teacher of the Deaf and hard of Hearing  Job- Salisbury, MD Area 2018/19 School Year

The Special-Education Director is currently interviewing this week and next week for interested school-based DHH teachers in the Salisbury, Maryland area. Qualified candidates must hold their Maryland State License and be certified to teach DHH and ASL.

Specific Educational Requirements

• Appropriate credential to teach the deaf or hard of hearing.

• Valid Maryland credential authorizing teaching of the deaf.

• Completion of an approved teacher training program in education of the deaf.

Specific Job Details:

• Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher

• Part-Time (2 days a week)

• Caseload: Consist of PreK- High School

• Previous DHH experience; school based experience a plus.

• Must be available to start right away for the 2018/19 School Year
